I want to start off by thanking everyone at Silver Pines Care Home for their 1 on 1 attention, bedside manner and taking care of my mother Guadalupe Cano’s need with dignity and respect.
When we at the hospital after my mother’s mastectomy surgery we had to find a place for my mother to recover because the previous facility wasn’t properly staffed to care for my mother. The discharge planner recommended Silver Pines Care Home through the senior referral network. After several visits to nursing care home in the area, Silver Pines Care Home seemed to be the best fit because of location, professionalism and cleanliness. The owner / Administrator Debbie Loesch came to the hospital and did an assessment of my mom o make sure Silver Pines Care Home was able to accommodate my mom’s needs post-surgery.
I was very impressed with the level of care that my mom received starting with 1 on 1 care and constant updates, allowing us to visit my mom any time of day or night, clean environment that felt more like home then just another medical facility. They kept accurate records of my mom’s care from medication to bathing schedule and if that weren’t enough, they also had the most professional, competent, friendly staff that truly enjoyed their work, it translated to a dignified and respectful care for my mom.
They were very accommodating to us when it came to my mom’s hospice care, where they allowed me or my family to stay with my mother so that when she was ready to be with God, she wouldn’t be alone when that moment came. Even after my other’s passing Hannah and Lindie (care givers at Silver Pines) took time from their busy schedules to go to my mother’s funeral services.
Once again to Debbie Loesch and all the staff at Silver Pines Care Home I want to thank you for making my mother’s stay dignified, peaceful and respectful.
I would highly recommend Silver Pines Care Home to anyone considering a place for a loved one with care needs.
